Mee hailam

Last week mood malas masak nasi melanda..blk keje pk pnye pk, last2 amik kptsn masak mee hailam jek..;) simple dan sedap..okey, ni bhn2 nye..


Bahan-bahan:
5 ulas bwg putih
1 inci halia
5 biji cili padi - tumbuk kasar
1 sdb  sos tiram
1/2 cwn kicap manis
1 sdb lada sulah
1/2 sdk garam
1 sdb gula
1 cwn air
1 sdb besar tpg jagung - gaul kan dgn sedikit air
10 ekor udang
5 ekor sotong - di potong kecil
1 keping fillet dada ayam - di potong kecil
sawi - di potong halus
bunga kubis - di potong kecil
lobak - di hiris nipis
1/2 kg mee kuning

Cara Buat:
Tumbuk lumat bwg putih dan halia. Tumis bahan ini hingga garing. Kemudian, masukkan sos tiram, kicap dan air. Didihkan. Lepas tu, masukkan cili api, lada sulah dan tepung jagung. Bila mendidih, masukkan ayam, sotong dan udang dan kemudian sayur-sayuran spt lobak dan kubis bunga. Gaul dan biarkan hingga mendidih. Finally, boleh masukkan garam dan gula serta mee kuning. Last sekali baru masukkan sawi. Bila dah mendidih, sedia untuk di angkat dan di baham..hihihihihii

New York Style Strawberry Cheesecake





Tgk pic kt ats ni..hehehee..saje je kan wt org terliur...cheese cake ni mmg baked..bkn chilled cheese cake yg slalu aku wt tu..utk resepi aku copy paste dr cni.Ada sket adjustment yg aku wt utk menyesuaikan dgn tekak ku..hihi..


Ingredients
Crust:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs - i used Digestive Biscuits / Oreo crumbs
Filling:
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
500gm cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream - (i used Paul's Thickened Cream)
3 eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream - if u dont have sour cream, u can use plain yogurt as sour cream's substitute
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Grease sides of a spring form pan.
Crust Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of pan and freeze.
Filling Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and cream cheese on medium-high speed for 3 minutes.
2. Blend in cream. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg is added.
3. Mix in sour cream , flour and vanilla until smooth. Pour the filling batter over the crust.
4. Bake for one hour in preheated oven. Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven for about 5 hours.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Strawberry Topping:
200gm fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 cup plain water

1) Cut strawberries into small pieces.
2) In a sauce pan, put a strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and plain water together.
3) Cook and stir until the strawberries crushed and melted (as my pic above)..

Tauhu sumbat & sambal kicap

ok..ni lg satu resepi yang tersangat la senang.. TAUHU SUMBAT! n kalo org johor mkn tauhu sumbat ni msti dgn sambal kicap..baru dtg dia pnye kaaawww!!!

Resepi Tauhu Sumbat:

Bahan2..
5 kpg tauhu
segenggam tauge
1 bj timun - di sagat

Cara Buat:
Goreng tauhu hingga garing kekuningan. Angkat dan potong kpd 2 bhgn secara serong. Kemudian, belah tauhu di bhgn dlm (buat poket). Masukkan tauge dan timun ke dlm tauhu tadi.

Resepi sambal kicap:
1 ulas bwg putih
15 bj cili api
3 sudu gula pasir
1/2 cwn kicap
3 sdb air asam jawa

Cara Buat:
Tumbuk bwg putih + cili api + gula pasir. Bila lumat, masukkan kicap dan gaul rata dgn air asam jawa.

# Sambal kicap ni, selain sedap di makan dgn tauhu sumbat..sedap jgk di jadi kan pencicah pisang goreng.. Sos??klu dah ada sambal kicap ni.. dah x pndang sos pun klu nk mkn pisang goreng.. Kitaorg ni org johor..cam pelik klu tgk org mkn pisang goreng cicah dgn sos..hehehehee..
