Tumis bahan blender hingga naik bau. Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato, lada sulah dan lada hitam. Masukkan air rebusan tulang tadi. Didihkan sekejap. Masukkan telur dadar, kentang dan sayur. Masukkan garam dan gula. Akhir sekali, masukkan mee dan gaul rata. Matikan api dan hidang. Boleh hias dgn taburan daun bawang.<br />

700gm ikan dory<br />
1 bj telur - dikocok <br />
3 sdb tepung jagung<br />
1 sdb tepung gandum<br />
1 sdb tepung beras<br />
1/2 cwn bread crumb<br />

1 sdk garam<br />
1 sdb minyak masak <br />
<br />
Gaul rata semua tepung dan ketepikan. Celupkan ikan ke dlm telur dan salut kan dgn tepung. Celupkan sekali lagi ikan dgn telur dan salutkan dgn bread crumb. Taburkan garam dan black paper. Perap kan sekejap dan goreng dgn minyak. Goreng dgn menggunkan kuali non stick spya ikan tidak melekat. Goreng hingga kuning, angkat dan ketepikan.<br />

Kemudian masukkan semua baki adunan meringue dan ratakan dgn kaedah kaup balik hingga bergaul sempurna. Buat begini sehingga 3/4 adunan, kemudian buat pula cara yg sama dgn 2 sudu pula.<br />
Akhir sekali dengan satu sudu.<br />

<b>Kaedah Steam Bath </b><br />
Tuangkan air panas dalam loyang yg lebih besar dari loyang kek tadi.<br />
Letakkan loyang yg berisi kek dalam loyang yg berisi air panas tadi<br />
Letakkan pada rak bawah dalam oven.<br />
Bakar kek pada suhu 160 C dengan api bawah selama 1 jam atau sehingga kek benar-benar masak.<br />
Jangan buka pintu oven semasa proses pembakaran 1/2 jam pertama.<br />
Selepas masak biarkan kek kekal dalam oven sehingga kek renggang di tepi loyang.<br />
Terbalikkan kek atas pinggan dan biarkan kek turun sendiri.<br />
Potong kek bila ia benar-benar telah sejuk.<br />
Simpan kek dalam peti ais untuk tahan lebih lama.<br />

Gaul tpg ubi, tpg beras dan black paper. Tuang atas ikan dan gaul rata.<br />
Celupkan ikan dgn telur dan kemudian golekkan ikan atas tepung goreng Kentucky.<br />
Goreng secara deep fry. Goreng hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan tos kan minyak.<br />

Masukkan cili api dan daun kari. Tumis hingga naik bau.<br />
Masukkan susu cair dan telur masin. Masukkan garam sket. Gaul rata lps tu masukkan ketam.<br />
Masak kejap je sekadar bhn2 digaul rata dgn ketam.<br />
Angkat dan hidangkan. Ms hidang tu, aku curah sket lg susu cair ats ketam tu. X yah bnyk, cuma nk kasi naik lg dia pnye rs lemak tu.. enjoyyy!!!<br />

<b>Method:</b> Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. <br />

Sift flour and baking powder 3 times. Leave aside. <br />
<br />
Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks are formed. Add sugar and continue whisking until stiff peaks form again. <br />
<br />
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks with melted butter, water and vanilla essence. Fold into the egg whites and combine well. <br />
<br />
Finally fold in the sifted dry ingredients and pour batter immediately into a cake tin lined with greaseproof paper. Bake the cake for approximately 30 – 40 minutes. The cake is done when the top springs back when lightly pressed. <br />

<span style="font-size: 130%;">Bahan A</span> - diayak<br />
2 cwn tepung gandum<br />
1 cwn serbuk koko<br />
1st bpowder<br />
1st soda bicarbonate<br />

4 biji telur<br />
2 cwn gula halus - aku guna 1 1/2 cwn<br />
1 cwn susu pekat<br />
1 cwn minyak sayuran<br />
1½ cwn air panas mendidih<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size: 130%;">Cara</span></span><br />
1. Pukul gula + telur = kembang (high speed)<br />
2. Masukkan susu pekat } medium speed<br />
3. Masukkan minyak }low speed<br />
4. Masukkan bhn A sedikit demi sedikit } low speed<br />
5. Masukkan air panas dlm adunan tadi (part ni tak perlu pukul just ratakan ngan senduk kayu)<br />
6. Bakar 40-45’ - <i>aku bg 2 adunan (cake tin 9' inci) </i><br />

<u><b>Chocolate ganache</b></u><br />
200gm Whipping cream<br />
300gm cooking chocolate - aku guna Beryl's Dark Chocolate<br />
1 sdb butter / majerin<br />
2 sdb madu <br />

Masak whipping cream dgn api sederhana sehingga keluar buih<br />
Masukkan cooking chocolate yg telah dipotong kecil2..<br />
Kacau sehingga sebati..<br />
Masukkan madu dan butter..tutup api & kacau lg ...<br />

<b>TAMBAHAN DARI AKU:</b> <i>kalau x nk bubuh pun x pe..</i><br />
<b>Cake Frosting : </b>Frosting ni aku ltk<b> in between cake </b>(kalau wt kek 2 lapis cm aku) n<b> top of the cake</b> - utk dapatkan permukaan yg licin. Sbb klu terus tuang choc ganache yg cair tu, rupe kek m.be x bpr cantik.<b><br />

<b><u>Dark Chocolate Frosting</u></b><br />
6 Tbsp butter<br />
2 tsp vanilla extract<br />
3 cups powdered sugar<br />
3/4 cup dark cocoa powder - i used 3 tbs chocolate emalco<br />
1/3 cup milk - i used Anchor Whipping Cream<br />

Cream butter and vanilla. <br />

In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. <br />

Slowly add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency, then beat another 5 minutes creamy.<br />

<u><b>Cara Assemble Cake</b></u><br />

1) Sapu rata chocolate frosting di ats kek no1, kmdn tindihkan dgn kek yg ke2. Sapu rata chocolate frosting di ats kek yg ke 2 td. Lebihan coklat frosting boleh lah di sapu rata di bhgn tepi sekeliling kek. <br />
2) Tuang kan 1/2 adunan chocolate ganache di ats kek. Ratakan. Masukkan dlm peti ais semalaman.<br />
3) Lebihan yg lg1/2 chocolate ganache (utk hiasan) perlu di sejukkan semalaman - hingga keras. Bile dah keras, boleh lah di masukkan ke dlm piping bag dan pipe kn ikut deco yg korang suke..<br />

<li><span style="line-height: 15px;">Di dalam kuali yang lain.. panaskan sedikit minyak ( boleh juga menggunakan kuali dan minyak gorengan ayam tu tadi.. tinggalkan sedikit minyak tu untuk menumis ) dan tumis bahan² kisar hingga terbit aromanya.</span></li>
